12 months of coaching includes 3 sessions a month each lasting at least 45 minutes, for a total of 36 sessions.  This option is solely for the individual that is truly committed to total growth and contribution for themselves.  This program is not for the faint of heart, we will dig in, to create massive change in all areas of your life.
